Heimtextil has expanded its Bed, Bath & Living portfolio with the launch of ‘Comfort & Connect’, a dedicated sourcing and networking area that will debut at the 2027 edition of the trade fair in Frankfurt. Located in Hall 5.1, the new space is designed to bring together premium bed, bath and lifestyle brands with international buyers, reinforcing Heimtextil's strategy of offering more focused and business-oriented exhibition formats.
The initiative builds on the success of the ‘Sleep & Meet’ concept and responds to continued demand for specialized sourcing platforms despite challenging market conditions. Confirmed exhibitors include Auskin Europe, Essenza Home, Formesse, Hermann Biederlack, Ibena Textilwerke, Sprügel Hometex, Stuco and Zoeppritz, with several companies returning to Heimtextil after extended gaps. According to organizers, the format aims to improve exhibitor visibility while enabling buyers to identify relevant suppliers through a compact and easily accessible layout.
Sleep solutions remain a key growth segment
Alongside the new zone, Heimtextil will once again present ‘Sleep & Meet’ in Hall 4.0 in partnership with the trade association Matratzen-Industrie e.V. The Smart Bedding section has already secured participation from leading mattress and sleep brands including Auping Germany, Badenia, Brinkhaus, Schlaraffia, Heinrich Häussling, Centa Star and Hüsler Nest. The combined offering is expected to strengthen sourcing opportunities for bedding retailers, hospitality buyers and contract furnishing professionals by bringing together home textiles and sleep systems under one roof.
Heimtextil 2027 will be held in Frankfurt from January 12-15, 2027, with organizers continuing to broaden the fair's product mix to attract international exhibitors and buyers across the home and interior textiles value chain.
